Creating authentic tastes for your table!

We started Sofra Dairy Products bv by wanting to make an excellent Turkish cheese, reminding people of a real Turkish taste. We developed our tulum peynir, then our set yoghurts and ayran (a Turkish yoghurt drink). This went so well, that we went on to develop a delicious Greek-style yoghurt, which is slightly firmer and milder. In the meantime, we have been approached by other businesses and are now very proud to be able to produce buffalo milk products.
